FLEXIROAM is a prepaid international mobile roaming service that allows customers to make and receive calls on their home country mobile number through a foreign mobile number while travelling overseas for business or leisure. We look into how FlexiRoam has incorporated mPOS into its daily operations.

FlexiRoam incorporated in 2010, has drawn attention lately with the recent announcement of its intention to raise up to AUD12 million through an IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). In light of these exciting plans, we caught hold of Jason Khoo, FlexiRoam’s VP of Business Development, to talk about the adoption of mPOS and how it fits into Flexiroam’s growth plans.

FlexiRoam has been using the CIMB Plug n Pay mPOS, powered by Soft Space, for over 9 months now. Khoo said that despite having 4 business centers in all major Malaysian international airports to cater to, the mPOS was fast to deploy and easy to use.

“mPOS complements our cloud -based point of sales systems which run on Apple iPads, allowing us to use our existing hardware. Furthermore, we find that being able to quickly deploy the mPOS at different settings including events, a great benefit for our business,” said Khoo.

“Cloud and App based payment solutions brings benefits for mufti-location and rapidly growing companies like ours, by easing operational complexities and providing remote access to information on demand,“ he added.

“It is always a pleasure to hear positive feedback from the merchants using our mPOS solution. With FlexiRoam’s interesting nature of business and exciting future plans, we are glad to play a part in its growing ecosystem. The Soft Space mPOS solution was built to help businesses achieve a seamless payment experience and we are glad to see that happen,” said Chris Leong, Chief Strategy Officer of Soft Space.

FlexiRoam is available in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, the US and the UK with a current total of 332,450 roamers.

For more information about the smartest way to roam abroad, kindly visit FLEXIROAM

FLEXIROAM is a prepaid international mobile roaming service that allows customers to make and receive calls on their home country mobile number through a foreign mobile number.

[35

post-873","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-press-release
["GET
![""]("https://softspace.com.my/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/flexiroam-soft-space-mpos-solution-01.jpg")
