FlexiRoam incorporated in 2010, has drawn attention lately with the recent announcement of its intention to raise up to AUD12 million through an IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). In light of these exciting plans, we caught hold of Jason Khoo, FlexiRoam’s VP of Business Development, to talk about the adoption of mPOS and how it fits into Flexiroam’s growth plans.

FlexiRoam has been using the CIMB Plug n Pay mPOS, powered by Soft Space, for over 9 months now. Khoo said that despite having 4 business centers in all major Malaysian international airports to cater to, the mPOS was fast to deploy and easy to use.

“mPOS complements our cloud -based point of sales systems which run on Apple iPads, allowing us to use our existing hardware. Furthermore, we find that being able to quickly deploy the mPOS at different settings including events, a great benefit for our business,” said Khoo.
